Visiting Scholar on Portuguese Studies at King’s College London, 11 October-10 December 2010. King’s College London, with the support of Instituto Camoes, opens a temporary job of Visiting Scholar for October-December 2010.
The deadline for the applications is the 31st March 2010. The candidates are invited to send their CV and the proposal for a workshop of six sessions (one hour each) on ‘Women writers in Portugal, Brazil and Lusophone Africa’.
The workshop must be conducted in English; most part of the sources and bibliography must also be in English to reach a wider audience of undergraduate and postgraduate students from different areas of literary studies.
Travel expenses and lodging will be covered by a full amount of 9,000 euros (paid in pounds according to the exchange rate at the moment of transfer).
