DCD is looking for an experienced Policy Analyst to join a dynamic team responsible for undertaking the six peer reviews delivered annually by the Reviews, Results, Evaluation and Development Innovation Division (RREDI) of DCD. The DAC peer reviews seek to effect behaviour change through accountability and learning. They are based on a tried and tested – but constantly evolving – methodology that guarantees consistency across reviews, while at the same time being highly responsive to specific national contexts. The review process, and the resulting recommendations, attract high-level political engagement and stimulate parliamentary and public debate as well as media coverage.
