DCD is looking for a Senior Policy Analyst/Team Leader for the Peer Reviews of the OECD Development Assistance Committee (DAC). The DAC Peer Reviews seek to effect behaviour change through accountability and learning. They are based on a tried and tested – but constantly evolving – methodology that guarantees consistency across reviews, while at the same time being highly responsive to specific national contexts. The review process, and the resulting recommendations, attract high-level political engagement and stimulate parliamentary and public debate as well as media coverage. The uptake of recommendations is consistently high across the DAC membership.
