This course aims to contribute to the development of pedagogical-didactic competences that enable the learner: to understand the concept of Heritage Language (HL); to understand the psycholinguistic and didactic implications that arise from the recognition of the specificity of the learner and speaker of a Heritage Language; to intervene appropriately in his/her action context.

Reading Promotion in the Digital Age

The main objectives of this course are: to broaden the understanding of reading learning processes among professionals and citizens interested in the promotion of reading, analyzing the paradigm shift that occurred in the 21st century, resulting from the permanent supply of resources in digital support; to allow a reasoned analysis of the factors that contribute to the acquisition (or inhibition) of reading skills and habits; to make available the results of scientific research on reading and literacy in a synthetic form; to contribute to the effectiveness of reading promotion practices.

Durante o desenvolvimento desta oficina de formação, os professores descobrirão formas inovadoras de integrar dispositivos móveis e apps no currículo, em particular, no processo de ensino e aprendizagem do Português como Língua Segunda, explorando cenários de aprendizagem em que os professores se envolvem em práticas reais de utilização e reflexão sobre as potencialidades e os desafios que acarreta a inclusão destas tecnologias em contextos educativos.
